Refund policy
Purchases made online, excluding jewelry, must be returned within 10 days from the day received to be eligible for an exchange or shop credit. Merchandise must be in the same condition as received and a receipt of purchase must be provided, no exceptions.
Purchases made in the store, excluding jewelry, are eligible for an exchange or store credit when retuned within 3 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in the same condition as when purchased
Jewelry purchases are NOT eligible for store credit or an exchange. If item is damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
All sale items are a FINAL SALE.

** Store credit has an expiration of 1 month and is valid for an online or in-store purchase.
